1. Placing an Order

2. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

If you need to cancel or change a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wilsonfirestarter.com and include your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation or change if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Subscription Purchases and Recurring Payments

Wilson Fire Starter may offer subscription options for eligible products. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges according to the price, billing frequency, and other terms displayed when you sign up.

Before confirming a subscription, please review the product price, any subscription discount, billing interval, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscription orders will continue according to the selected plan until cancelled.

4. Managing and Cancelling a Subscription

To prevent a future recurring charge, please submit your cancellation request before the next scheduled billing date and allow sufficient time for the cancellation to be processed.

If a recurring payment has already been processed or an order has already entered fulfillment, cancellation may not stop that payment or shipment. Any applicable refund request will be reviewed under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans

If you wish to change your subscription quantity, billing frequency, or other plan details, use the available subscription management options or contact us for assistance.

Any changes are subject to the options available for your subscription and may take effect from a future billing cycle.

If we make material changes to subscription terms, pricing, or billing arrangements, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed, and cancelling an order does not automatically qualify it for a refund.
